Property Introductions

ArchLet is an independent information site. We are not an estate agent, letting agent or property adviser, and we do not act for you or for any landlord. We do not hold listings, negotiate terms, hold deposits or client money, or arrange viewings.

If you submit your requirements through our “Find an Arch” form and consent to sharing, we may pass them to landlords, agents or other property providers. Any subsequent dealings, including viewings, negotiations and lease terms, are solely between you and that provider. We make no representation that any provider will respond, that any space will be suitable, or about the accuracy of anything a provider tells you.

Property providers may pay us a referral fee when an introduction results in a letting. We never charge tenants for introductions, and a referral fee never changes the rent or terms you are offered.

Calculator & Tool Accuracy

Our tools, including the Total Cost Calculator and Business Rates Estimator, produce estimates based on publicly available data and reasonable assumptions. They are not guarantees of actual costs. Actual costs depend on the specific property, landlord, local authority, and market conditions at the time.

We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up to date but accept no liability for decisions made based on our tools' output.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Known by One LLC and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content, tools, or data provided on this Site. This includes (without limitation) direct, indirect, or consequential losses.

All content, tools, design, and branding on this Site are the property of Known by One LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
