Who We Are

ArchLet is operated by Known by One LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What Data We Collect

Data you voluntarily provide:

• Email address — when you subscribe for updates, request a cost report, or contact us
• Property requirements — when you use our “Find an Arch” form: your name, email, optional phone and business name, intended use, areas of interest, size, timing, budget and any notes you add
• Source context — which page or tool you were using when you submitted your email (e.g. “calculator report”), so we can send relevant information

Usage data collected through analytics cookies, only if you consent:

• Usage statistics — pages you view, which tools you use and how far you get through them, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address
• Interaction data — anonymised recordings of on-page interactions (clicks, scrolls) used to improve usability

We use this analytics data only in aggregate to understand and improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we never sell it. See Cookies & Analytics below for the specific tools we use and how to opt out.

How We Use Your Data

• To send you the content you requested (cost reports, updates)
• To respond to enquiries sent to our contact email
• To pass your property requirements to landlords, agents and other property providers, where you have asked us to (see below)

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only sharing we do is the requirement introductions described in the next section, and only with your consent.

Sharing Your Requirements With Landlords

When you submit the “Find an Arch” form and tick the consent box, you are asking us to introduce you to property providers. On that basis we may share your name, contact details and the requirements you gave us with landlords, managing agents and letting agents who we believe have suitable space in the areas you named. They will contact you directly about that space. Our lawful basis for this is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

• We share only with property providers relevant to your stated requirements, never as a general list.
• Once shared, the recipient is a separate data controller and their own privacy policy applies to how they handle your details. We ask recipients to use your details only to respond to your enquiry.
• Landlords and agents may pay ArchLet a referral fee when an introduction leads to a letting. This does not affect the rent or terms you are offered, and we never charge tenants.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We will stop any further sharing, though we cannot recall details already sent to a provider.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. We use industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

Property requirements are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (servers in the EU) and in our email. We keep them for up to 24 months from submission so we can follow up on your search, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

Cookies & Analytics

With your consent, we use the following third-party analytics tools, which set cookies and process the usage data described above:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and usage statistics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session analytics and heatmaps. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

We only set these cookies after you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or block and delete cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data (server logs) as part of hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend (email delivery) and property requirements are stored with Supabase (database hosting). Both act as our data processors under contract.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
